Shamora Renee was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from George Washington high school and furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University. After graduating she embarked upon a career in insurance earning a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Her greatest delight is becoming a professional clown entertainer magician in Philadelphia tri-state area.
Shamora has always had a penchant for writing. From simple fables woven between elementary storybook verses to winding tales written down in high school note books, she has always had a flair for capturing her imagination in words. Finding solace in literature led Shamora to begin writing poems and short stories and eventually led to her publishing her first book,Moodswings.
As a member of the prestigious public speaking organization, Toastmasters International, she completed her Competent Communicator track and won first place in a Tall Tale contest for her speech, Hustle Hannah.
As a child, she could always make people laugh. Throughout her school years, she could be depended upon for a gag or a quirky face to make even the most hard-nosed professor smile.
With her infectious smile, bright personality and quick wit, she has always been the life of the party. So naturally when her family needed someone to play a clown, she was the first one they asked.
And as a woman of many talents, Shamora would whip up a costume, put on some makeup, and off she went to make someone's special day a great one. The magic happened at every party! People were often surprised at how good she was. She truly enjoyed performing for them.
Shamora would entertain the adults as well as the children. She reveled in all the joy and excitement she brought to her audience and the fact that her performances regularly exceeded her own expectations. Entertaining came so naturally for her and she was overjoyed by all the happiness she provided. Shamora realized that she may be missing her true calling.
